The University of Ontario Institute of Technology, corporately branded as Ontario Tech University or Ontario Tech, is a public research university located in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Ontario Tech's main campus is located on approximately 400 acres  of land in the northern part of Oshawa. It operates a secondary campus in the downtown area of Oshawa. It offers hands-on learning experience to students via a plethora of educational programs and courses – undergraduate and post graduate ones. Founded in the year 2002, this comprehensive university nurtures and enlightens more than 10000 students on consistent basis. It emphasizes on research-intensive teaching techniques for enabling the students to excel immensely in their academics.
